• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send via our contact or bulk-quote forms.
• Usage data: cookies and basic analytics such as pages viewed and device/browser type.

3. How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To respond to your enquiries and quote requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.
• With your consent, to send occasional updates (you can opt out anytime).

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (orders), for our legitimate interests (security, improving our service), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent(marketing, non-essential cookies).

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store, under appropriate safeguards: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order & message storage), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security), and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal data.

We ship and operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
