Order cancellation policy

Changed your mind? Here is how cancellations work.

Before your order ships

Because we dispatch quickly, please request a cancellation as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can instead return eligible (unopened, unused) items under our Returns policy within 30 days of delivery.

How to cancel

  1. Email support@netgoods.shop with your order number and the subject “Cancel order”.
  2. If it has not shipped, we cancel it and confirm your refund by email.
  3. If it has already shipped, we will guide you through a return instead.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are submitted within 2 business days; your bank typically posts them within 5–10 business days. See our Refund policy for full details.
